Our Progress – Turning The Listening Garden from Cencept to Reality.
The Listening Garden is currently a charity in development, with our application pending with the Charity Commission. While we await official registration, we are actively working to bring our vision to life and welcome support from the community.

Funds Raised So Far
Thanks to generous supporters, we have raised £X towards our initial goal of £Y. Every contribution, big or small, moves us closer to securing land, planting gardens, and creating spaces for reflection, connection, and wellbeing.
What We’re Doing
Securing Land: Identifying and planning the ideal site for the garden.
Design & Planting: Developing mindful garden spaces for relaxation, conversation, and community events.
Volunteer Recruitment: Training gardeners, listeners, and community helpers to bring the garden to life.
Workshops & Community Programs: Planning events to support mental health and reduce loneliness.
How You Can Help
Your support makes this possible:
Donate: Every gift helps fund land acquisition, planting, and community programs.
Volunteer: Join our team to help create and maintain the garden, or support visitors during open days.
Corporate Support: Businesses can sponsor features, workshops, or events, helping us grow while demonstrating social responsibility.

Being outdoors among plants and birdsong has been linked to reduced anxiety, improved concentration, and a greater sense of hope. A recent meta-analysis of gardening and horticultural therapy found an overall 55% increase in wellbeing measures among participants.
